Job Description: Sales Head Tractors
Developing and implementing effective sales strategy Plan Afghanistan for Tractor Business
Understand the competitors and make effective growth strategy for whole country
Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts along with management and strive to achieve it
Identify new potential customers/Channel Partners and new market opportunities
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Measure and report performance of sales, service to management periodically
Ensure required sales interventions to increase the market share across country
Develop new network of dealers
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ Years of sales experience in tractors.
Strong understanding of the Afghan Market and business culture.
Exellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
